Our project is located in the center city of Nice on avenue Republique , in the line with tramway in the section linking Place Garibaldi to the Palais des Expositions and the Vauban bus station.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe intervention<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

This intervention consists of the complete restructuring of the building through the realization of a heightening resembling 6 new dwellings. The purpose of this project is to create new apartments in ascent. The interior courtyard will also be embellished and a renovation of all the facades on the courtyard side is planned.<\/p>

The heightening concerns only the building facing Avenue de la R\u00e9publique, in the continuous strip of 20 m.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tConstruction technique<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The specific know-how of the heightening sites respects the spirit of the building structure and the surrounding space.<\/p>

The most important structural improvements will be carried out at the roof level, through to the greening of the roof terrace, an intervention aimed at dealing with future heat waves and thus contributing to the fight against global warming.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
