PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A place of great popularity

Closed for three years, the Solenzara restaurant is an important establishment for the city of Roquebrune as for the region.This place enjoyed great popularity in terms of recreation but also sentimental, leaving room for meetings or significant events such as weddings or baptisms.

An attractive and functional tool

It is therefore on a place dear to the inhabitants that the city of Roquebrune Cap Martin has embarked on the ambitious project of renovating it and putting it under management by a private operator.

The objective of this project is to renovate the establishment in order to make it an attractive and functional tool without altering the current building located in front of the sea.

180 interior spaces, 190 exterior spaces

Only certain parts demolished in the rear part (north east) will be rebuilt.

The building has two customer entrances, one north-west and a second south-west on the beach side and has a capacity of 180 indoor and 190 outdoor spaces.
