PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal to offer shared and co-living spaces not only in the ground floor but also in the roof is an attitude that values the program and its residents.
AIn the ground floor and in the roof, they allow the practice of gardening, relaxation, play and promote meetings. It is important that residents’ appropriate theses common areas in order to promote the exchanges between all. The entire right-of-way is treated qualitatively. The spaces are natural, the concrete paths deactivated.
The openings for the light of the circulations and the differences in bare facades create effects of fault and depth.
The facades are designed to be sober and lively in order to signify first of all to the residents but also to the community that a social residence can be a contemporary model in their way to live.
