"Chèvre d'Or" Villa

Clinging to the hill, this villa is located in the heart of steep terrain on the heights of the city of Nice. Hidden by vegetation, it dominates the town which stretches down towards the sea.

In a sustainable development approach, the architect’s idea is to intervene at least on the surrounding nature while imagining a design that is both integrated into the existing site while applying clean and contemporary lines.

Thus, the villa is created in two volumes, comprising in the lower part a sleeping area surrounded by the forest and an upper part corresponding to the living space which is south facing and enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea.
