PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project is part of the urban renewal project (PRU) of the Moulins district, restructuring the whole on a global scale of the district including the demolition of certain buildings, the creation of a new housing offer, the creation of ‘public spaces and facilities.
The project therefore involves a rehabilitation with improvement of the environmental qualities of the buildings of the current nursery school into an early childhood and parenthood center. Our work therefore focuses more on controlling energy consumption, the use of renewable energies as well as better insulation
The objective is to create a social link through a resource pole, bringing together different activities, in order to better unite families, create a feeling of belonging within the neighborhood and make parents involved. To this end, the creation of a multipurpose space for parents / children as well as a toy library.
