Clair-Logis Villa

Villa Clair-Logis is an old building whose years have altered it. It is divided into three apartments spread over two floors.

The project consists of several stages. First of all, the objective is the reunification of two apartments into a single duplex.

However, the dilapidated condition of the villa requires restructuring and renovation of the apartment as well as a facelift of the entire facade.
